DMCA Compliance
SELLERBOXES GLOBAL LTD (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. This policy outlines the procedures for reporting copyright infringement and our response to such claims.
SELLER BOXES respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We will respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
Copyright Infringement Notification
If you believe that content available on or through our services infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, the notification must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or if multiple works, a representative list)
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including URL or other specific location where the material is located
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Please note that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) if you materially misrepresent that material is infringing your copyright.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district where SELLER BOXES may be found)
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification
Processing DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled
- Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material after 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, SELLER BOXES has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our services and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Misrepresentations
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.
We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a notification or counter-notification in violation of the law.
Modifications to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
